本サービスの提供にあたり、弊社がTwitter社から提供を受けるTwitterデータには、個人情報が含まれる場合があります。弊社は、以下の目的で当該個人情報を取得し、利用いたします。

• 本サービス（以下のメニューを含む）を弊社顧客へ提供するため

  - 本サービスを利用する弊社顧客の課題に合わせたTwitterデータ分析および分析レポートの提供

  - Twitterデータ分析のためのシステム構築・基盤構築

• 本サービスの紹介資料やセミナー等の発表資料に掲載し、提案活動を行うため
• 本サービスに関するお問い合わせへの対応、回答のため
• Twitterデータを活用した新サービスの企画・開発のため
• 上記サービスを運用するに当たってのシステム維持・管理のため

また、上記利用目的の達成に必要な範囲において、取得した個人情報を利用してご本人に直接連絡又は接触する場合があります。

弊社は、本サービスの提供にあたり、Twitter社から受領した個人情報を、ご本人の同意無く改変致しません。

弊社は、本サービスの一環として第三者に対しTwitterデータに含まれる個人情報を提供します。

その他、以下に該当する場合においても、第三者に対して個人情報を提供することがあります。

• 法令に基づく場合
• 人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
• 公共の利益を保護するために必要な場合で、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
• 国の機関若しくは地方公共団体又はその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることによって当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき

弊社が本件に関して適切と判断した委託先に一部の業務を委託する場合がございます。本業務委託においては、個人情報の保護に関する契約を締結した上、お客様に明示した利用目的に必要な範囲で適切に個人情報を取扱うよう管理いたします。

Provide the following services to our clients:

Tools for market analysis

Tweet data analysis and analysis reports tailored to the issues of our clients

Build systems and infrastructures for Tweet data analysis

Conduct proposal activities using service introduction materials and presentation materials for seminars, etc., containing Tweet data

Respond to inquiries about the service

Plan and develop new services utilizing Tweet data

Maintain and manage the system to operate the above services

In case of processing your Personal Information for purposes other than the above, NTT DATA will notify you in advance of such new purposes of use and other matters as required by applicable law.

• In case that NTT DATA provides your Personal Information to a third party located in a country outside the EEA, NTT DATA will ensure that adequate measures are taken concerning the protection of your Personal Information.
• NTT DATA may entrust customers’ personal information with authorized third parties. In all such cases, NTT DATA shall select the recipient with great care from among those parties that have established a sufficient level of protection of the personal information, and make necessary supervision or otherwise ensure, through a contract, etc. stipulating the level of protection to be observed, that the recipient manages the information properly.

The Users may request from Company access to, rectification or erasure of, restriction of processing of personal data, and may request the data portability. You may object to the data protection authorities with jurisdiction over NTT DATA or the location of your domicile with regard to the processing of your Personal Information.

NTT DATA implements safeguard measures and diligently works toward preventing unauthorized access to personal information, and the loss, destruction, alteration, leakage, etc. of such information. Specific rules governing the appropriate handling and use of personal information are in place, and staff are assigned to take responsibility therefor.

With respect to the observance of laws, regulations, and other norms relating to personal information, NTT DATA’s officers, employees, and business partners who handle personal information comply with the laws, regulations, and guidelines relating to the protection of personal information and the privacy of communication.

NTT DATA will retain your Personal Information as long as we require such data to provide the Services to you, but will promptly delete the same in case that such data is no longer necessary.

NTT DATA makes continuous improvements to this Personal Information Protection Policy and in-house rules and regulations to ensure that the protection of personal information as determined by socially accepted norms is conducted effectively.
